A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Hi there! My name is Nicole and I am your virtual therapist!

I am a daughter, wife, mom, friend, and life long New Jersey resident! On most days you can find me chasing after my kids, loading up on coffee, working out, taking on a new house project, cooking, or finding new eats nearby!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, young adults and families undergoing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and substance use.

For me, asking for help used to be the hardest part. However, I believe that it takes a village to raise a child and to live a happy and fulfilled life!

Home: About Therapy

I MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE AT.

With every client I meet, I explain that my goal is to ensure you are heard while supporting your lead in becoming the best version of yourself. I believe it is a team effort that starts with your commitment to take time out for your mental health.

By implementing effective psychotherapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encouraging them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations, we can make change! It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making even the smallest changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can bring substantial results.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, an any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
